Got some good news yesterday — ASCAP declared the winners of the Morton Gould Young Composer Competition, and I was a finalist!  I’m getting closer. Fortunately, I have six more chances before I’m too old to enter.

Still waiting (!) on a few other competitions… we’ll see how those go.
